Official Rules, Terms, and Conditions For the Lucky 13’s Art to Swag Contest

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: This Campaign is open only to those who sign up through the Instagram link or the provided form link and who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The Campaign is only open to legal residents of all states that allow free to join contests and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Lucky 13's, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Campaign. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
   
   
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Lucky 13's as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.
3. Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted online starting January 16th at 1:00 am EST and ending February 16th at 11:59 PM EST. All online entries must be received by February 16th at 11:59 PM EST.

5. Prizes: The Winner(s) of the Campaign (the “Winner”) will receive the following prizes. Top 6 Prizes Grand Prize: 3 Months Supply Master Pack and $500 Visa Cash Card. 6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
   
   
7. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected by a panel of judges consisting of employees of Lucky 13's and professional tattoo artists. The decision of the judges will be final and binding. Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 5 days of the selection. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
   
   
8. Publicity: By participating in the contest, participants grant Lucky 13's permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
   
   
9. General Conditions: By participating in the contest, participants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of Lucky 13's, which are final and binding in all respects. Lucky 13's reserves the right to cancel, modify or terminate the contest if it cannot be operated, conducted, or completed as planned for any reason, including but not limited to infection by computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or technical failures of any sort.
   
   
10. Limitations of Liability: Lucky 13's is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the contest. Lucky 13's assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. Lucky 13's is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, online computer systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading materials from this contest.
    
    
11. Disputes: THIS Campaign IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF United States of America AND SCOTTSDALE, AZ 85254, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Campaign, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in SCOTTSDALE, AZ 85254 having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall the participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than the participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Campaign). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
